New paper published on outcome prioritisation

We have recently published a paper in Frontiers in Neurology on prioritising outcome measures after subarachnoid haemorrhage. We surveyed patients, family members, health care professionals and researchers on what outcome measures were most important when evaluating new treatments. Overall, the most important measure seems to be a patient reported measure of quality of life. Although not as obvious in the overall rankings, some groups of respondents felt that survival or psychological outcomes were very important.

We will use these results to continue our work on standardising outcome measures.
