Deciding the core domains

2023 Consensus meeting

Our consensus meeting was held on Friday 16th June, 2023 at Duke University, North Carolina, USA during the international SAH Conference.

At this meeting we finalised the short list of health concepts or aspects (we call these “domains”) that we recommend be measured in all aSAH studies. We were very keen on hearing directly from all invested parties – people with lived experience, clinicians, researchers and people working for charities or industry, to ensure we recommend WHAT matters most when we conduct SAH research.

More details on how we made these decisions are summarised in the videos below and in an upcoming research paper we hope to publish soon.

Warm Regards, Justin Presseau, Beverley Shea, Chris Andersen, and Shane English
